Its 2.05 in the morning and I am sitting back listening to Banda Black Rio, with nothing but a top and a pair of knickers on. I really need to get some air con in this house.
Banda Black Rio are the ones that do the original instrumental to Mos Defs 'Casa Bey'.

I just came back from a seminar in central London called I Am My Brand. A seminar hosted by a woman I work with called Kubi Springer. Kubi is an amazing woman with skills in marketing and presenting. We work together on the Sisterhood Radio show on Playvybz and I feel I can learn so much from her.

I'm at a point in my life where I feel like I have a purpose. I feel like I am here for something! The best advice that I have been given is to always follow my heart and my intuition. For most of my adult life I have always been in a relationship with someone. Whether it is through love, sex, or companionship, someone has always been there, so it's kind of weird now, that men are not my focus.
